Tracking Structural Transitions of Single Molecules

Tracking atomic and molecular motions require simultaneous ultrafast temporal evolution and Angstrom scale spatial resolution. CaSTL researcher, Wilson Ho, measured the conformational changes in a single molecule with joint Å-fs spatial and temporal resolution. This work opened up a new avenue in the analysis of single molecules.
